Armando A. Perez - Chairman-Elect

Armando A. Perez is the senior vice president for H-E-B.  Armando oversees the Houston Division, 70 stores and three regional VP’s.

He has been a partner with H-E-B for 15years; Armando held various leadership positions in H-E-B’s Border Region, with his final position in the region being that of VP of operations.  

He received a bachelor’s degree in business administration in finance from the University of Texas-Pan American.

He is currently a member of the UTPA Foundation Board and the Houston Food Bank Board. 

Armando now resides in Houston, Texas with his wife of 11 years Corina, and their daughter Anyssa and son Daniel.
