The Houston Hispanic Chamber of Commerce will honor outstanding individuals at the ¡Triunfando! Awards Gala on SATURDAY, November 14, 2009, at the Hobby Center for the Performing Arts. SELF-NOMINATIONS ARE ENCOURAGED

NOMINATIONS REQUIREMENTS:

• Resume or bio must be submitted to Rene Cantu via email at rcantu(at)houstonhispanicchamber.com or fax at 713.644.7377
• Nominee must be of Hispanic origin.
• Nominee must demonstrate major accomplishments in business, economic development, procurement and/or access to capital.
• Nominee must demonstrate leadership capabilities and community service.
• Current HHCC Board Members, Chairmen Emeritus, Past Chairmen, and HHCC employees, spouses and family members are ineligible.

* Hispanic Male and Female Entrepreneur of the Year nominee's company annual sales must be over $2 million and have 51% ownership. Hispanic Male and Female Executive of the Year nominee is not required to have company ownership but is required to be a senior executive or decision-maker. Emerging Business of the Year company annual sales should be under $2 million & have been established within the past 5 years.
