For more than sixty years, Hidalgo, Banfill, Zlotnik & Kermali, P.C. has been a trusted financial partner to our clients.  Founded in 1949, we serve more than 1,600 clients, many of whom have been served by us  since they were founded. We have built a practice of loyal and dedicated team members who counsel clients in all areas of accounting, including auditing, tax preparation, tax consulting and management advisory services. It is our business to provide comprehensive guidance for all the financial needs of our clients. We ar members of the Houston CPA Society, Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Graduated from St. Pius X High School in Houston in 1959.  Awarded Knights of Columbus scholarship to the University of St. Thomas in Houston. Obtained Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from the University of Houston in 1963.

 
Employed by Touche Ross & Co. (Deloitte) upon graduation.  Left in 1969 and became controller of Olympic Geophysical Company, a publicly traded geophysical company.  In 1973, along with another individual, opened own accounting firm.  In 1989 merged with another local accounting firm which became Hidalgo, Banfill, Zlotnik & Kermali, P.C.
