Lupe Fraga is the President & CEO of Tejas Office Products, Inc.  Mr. Fraga served as Chairman of the Board of the Houston Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (1995) and is currently a Chairman Emeritus of the organization.

He served in the United States Army (Honorable Discharge), where he reached the rank of First Lieutenant.

In terms of professional activities, Mr. Fraga is a member of National Office Products Alliance (NOPA), the American Office Products Distributors (AOPD), the Tri-Mega National Purchasing Association, and the Independent Office Products Dealers Association.  He has served on the Laredo National Bank Houston Advisory Board, the Reliant Energy Business Advisory Board and the Central Bank Timbergrove Advisory Board.

In terms of community services, Mr. Fraga currently serves on the Greater Houston Partnership Board of Directors, and on the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas’ Houston Branch Board of Directors.  He is a past Chairman of the Greater Houston Convention & Visitors Bureau and has served on numerous community boards, such as the Harris County Child Protective Services, the National YMCA, Metropolitan YMCA, the Harris County Private Industry Council, the Houston Proud, the Houston Hispanic Forum, the Sam Houston Area Boy Scouts, the St. Thomas University Board of Trustees, the Small Business Administration Advisory Council, and the United Way, Gulf Coast Chapter.  He is also a Senior Fellow of the American Leadership Forum.

During his distinguished career, Mr. Fraga has received numerous awards, such as Texas A&M University, T.W.
